FOREVERMARK DIAMOND VIEWER
Our customers are intrigued and brought further into the world of Forevermark when they see the viewer in action instore. For us it’s a great way to bring them into our diamond loving world and show them one of the many atributes that makes a Forevermark diamond so special. We love to envolve our customers in the process of finding the custom Forvermark serial number and here are some tips we use with our Forevermark Diamond Viewer:
- Thoroughly clean the table of the diamond first so that dust or grime does not show under the viewer. Wipe once across the diamond firmly with a clean Forevermark diamond cloth.
- Ensure the table of the diamond is in the centre of the screen. Use the dial to make sure the whole table is in focus first.
- Now subtly tilt the holder in order to find the white circle of light in the centre of the diamond table.
- Once you have found the white light and it is positioned in the centre of the screen, simply zoom in using the dial to reveal the inscription. Don’t move the holder or the viewer base itself!
- Make use of the rotating screen to show the customer the inscription, you don’t need to move viewer base here either. If you feel comfortable doing so, sit next to your customer — discover the inscription together.
