BEFORE AND AFTER

This is the fourth case this year of a woman taking off her rings and placing them on her lap to apply hand cream when driving, and of course forgetting to put them back and losing them when stepping out of the car.

Now in this case one of our clients was lucky enough to have found her ring. This white gold band featuring an emerald cut diamond was run over numerous times in a car park, before being found over three hours later.

These photos can show you that the ring was damaged, but all in all pretty good shape considering the circumstances. The band clearly needed to be replaced, but the diamond came out completely unscathed. We simply put this down to impeccable craftsmanship, being a handmade Percy Marks design and we were happy to reset the stone into a new band for our very lucky customer!
